We know how popular Djeco is in USA but also how difficult it is to find a wide range. We ship orders reguarly to USA and so to get organised in time, we need your orders in by 9th December 2024.
We use Royal Mail, UPS or FED-EX depending on the size and weight of your order.
Buying for family members? We can ship directly to the recipent, we can gift wrap the presents in Christmas gift wrap and even include a signed Christmas card.
We are a small team, so after you place your order online we can answer any questions you may have to reassure you and will also provide a tracking number.

Shipping to USA & Canada FAQ's
Reliable Delivery Services
Royal Mail is our national postal service and we use International Standard International Tracked & Signed. Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days.
Larger parcels we send with couriers FedEx, UPS or ParcelForce which offer faster services, sometimes delivering in 1-4 working days.
Heavier or bulkier items may cost more to ship. Anything over 2kg will be £48.99 but if we receive a quote that is cheaper, we will always refund the difference.
Customs Forms
We will complete a customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23, depending on the value of the item). These forms require us to describe the contents, value, and purpose of the parcel (e.g., gift, sale).
Parcels to the USA may be subject to customs duties, depending on the value of the items, which you as the customer will be liable to pay for before receiving the parcel.
VAT & Pricing
You will not be charged for VAT, the prices at checkout will be altered when you create an account and set up an USA delivery address. You can also checkout and pay in dollars.
Tracking
For your peace of mind, we always use a service with tracking so you can monitor the parcel’s journey.
