The email should arrive in minutes, if not please check your spam folder. Hotmail and Outlook accounts often block emails before they go into your spam folder so please add @crafts4kids.co.uk to your safe sender list.
1. Go to Settings:
- Click on the **Settings icon** (gear icon) located in the upper right corner of the page.
- In the Settings menu, select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom.
2. Navigate to Junk Email:
- In the Settings window, click on "Mail" to expand the menu options.
- Then, select **"Junk email"** from the list of options.
3. Add to Safe Senders:
- Under the "Safe senders and domains" section, click "Add".
- Enter the email address or domain you want to add to your safe sender list. If you want to add an entire domain just type the domain @crafts4kids.co.uk without any additional text.
4. Save Your Changes:
- Click "Save" at the bottom right corner to apply the changes.
- Who is your payment provider?
We use Shopify Payments with Shop Pay, allowing you to save your shipping and payment information helping you to check out faster. We accept all major cards including Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay later options Clearpay & Klarna.
- Creating an account:
Shopify customer accounts let you log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email. A password isn't required to log in. If you are a previous customer (before February 2024) please log in with your email address and a new shopify account will be created automatically for you where you can easily keep track of your furture orders.
Log In To Your Crafts4Kids Account
If you already have a Crafts4Kids account, simply log in with your email address to view your orders and account information. When you enter your email address, you'll receive an email with a one-time, 6-digit code needed to enter to log in.
If you have a Shop account, then you'll be prompted to sign in with Shop, or you can still log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Customers signed in with Shop reach checkout with saved shopping information pre-filled, defaulting them to checkout in one tap with Shop Pay
